Maintenance Plans

In short, yes. You do need some form of maintenance for your website. Even if you want to do it yourself, a website requires regular maintenance and updating. 

Some updates can actually break your website so if you decide to do your own upkeep, make sure you are using the correct security measures and regularly updating your site. 

Backups are also extremely important in making sure you limit the downtime involved when something does go wrong. There are countless issues that can and usually will come up when running a website, if you choose, you can leave the techy stuff to us and know your website is in good hands.

Unfortunately, Yes. It is nearly impossible to completely prevent hacking. Some updates will make features on your website vulnerable to a cyber attack. Under our Maintenance Plans we regularly monitor these updates to do everything we can to limit the possibility of attacks happening. 

You will have the option to be automatically billed each month and add your billing info to be charged automatically unless you decide to cancel, even then you will still receive maintenance until the billing cycle ends. or to have a bill sent monthly and you will have to manually input your billing information and submit the payment.  

Sorry, but refunds are not available. You can cancel your Maintenance Plan at any time and will not be billed for the next installment but will not be refunded for past services.

Once you have submitted your update we  usually try to get the update live within 24-48 hours depending on the work requested. 

Yes! Additional content updates are available, they are billed on either an agreed upon flat rate or at our normal hourly rate.
